Read the Fob Bible!

By: ECS - October 17, 2009

The Fob Bible is a compilation of stories and poems written by talented Mormon authors and inspired by the Old Testament.  I just started reading it, and it’s good stuff.  Happy reading!  :)

  3. Abraham’s Purgatory is one of the better short stories I’ve read lately. I’d highly recommend it.

  14. Fob is for everyone - not just Mo’s. I have been pleasantly surprised by how many of my never-Mo friends have responded to my fb post about it- they crazy-love it.

  17. Hi!

Thank you so much for the plug! I’d like to let you know that the linked material is only a TASTE of everything The Fob Bible has to offer and let me tell you–there’s a lot more brilliance in the whole package.

We’ve recently added a PDF download option for those who’d prefer it (the other formats are in process, but it’s illustration-heavy, so PDF is truly the best way to get the feel of it without paper).

Honestly, if you think what’s online is brilliant, you ought to read the rest of it!

  23. .

I don’t expect to win anything, but if something as postmodern and radical (for a certain value of radical) as The Fob Bible can get nominated for a Whitney, something is right with the world.
